Exchanges & Returns

Customer satisfaction is very important to our success at Ashley's Jewelry.  Therefore, we carry only high quality merchandise.  We will accept exchanges/returns for a period of 20 days from the ship date. All representations made about our products are based on the description provided to us by the manufacturer. Please review the following details regarding exchanges and refunds.

Refund

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.  Items must be in original condition.  If any alterations have been made or the item has been worn, a refund will not be given and the customer will be responsible for shipping & handling costs incurred by Ashley's Jewelry in returning the item to the customer.  Alterations include, but are not limited to, engraving, sizing, and damage due to negligence.  Any credit or refund will be given on the item sale price less shipping & handling charges incurred by Ashley's Jewelry to send the item(s), any credit card fees, and a restocking fee of 15% not to exceed $60.  This includes free shipping items.  If the item is found to be defective, the above will not apply and Ashley's Jewelry will give a 100% refund of the sale price.

You must include the original invoice with detailed information regarding the return and get an RA (return authorization) number from customer service.  Please put the RA number received on the outside of the package.  Failure to do this, will result in refusal of the package. Credits or Refunds will be given via PayPal or Credit Card (whichever was used for the purchase).

For your security, please be sure to send the item back in a box with bubble wrap and not a paper envelope.  This will help to minimize the risk of damage or theft. Also, please do not put "Ashley's Jewelry" on the package as this will promote theft.  Please use AJ instead.  It is recommended that you use UPS as they provide a signature proof of delivery.  We are not responsible for any item that our customers ship that is damaged or lost in transit.

Exchanges

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.  Items must be in original condition.  If any alterations have been made or the item has been worn, an exchange will not be given and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs incurred with Ashley's Jewelry returning the item to them.  Alterations include, but are not limited to, engraving, sizing, and damage due to negligence.  The customer is responsible for all shipping & handling costs incurred by Ashley's Jewelry to send the new item back to the customer plus a 15% restocking fee not to exceed $60. Exchanges will be processed within 4-5 business days after we receive the original item.  Shipping times are the same as for any new purchase.
